• All fairy gardens & terrariums are handcrafted, so slight variations may occur. Product photos are for reference only.

• Orders must be prepaid; prices are in INR and subject to change without notice.

• We currently ship across India; delivery times may vary by location. Delays due to courier services are beyond our control.

• As our creations are delicate and perishable, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not accepted. In case of transit damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for review.

• Care instructions are provided; we are not responsible for damage due to mishandling or neglect.

• All content, photos & designs under Snatched with Shanaya©️ are our intellectual property; copying or reproduction is prohibited.

• Products are decorative, not toys. Keep away from small children & pets. We are not liable for injuries, allergies, or misuse.
